My ongoing mission to make my entire back catalogue available as audiobooks continues with the release of THE COST OF LIVING. This is an absolutely phenomenal production by Brian Portsmouth, and even if you’ve read the book I’d recommend giving it a listen. Written in first person, Brian’s added a whole new layer of characterisation to the story with his narration, and that makes that bittersweet ending so much harder to swallow.
